5 days motorcycle from Errachidia to Merzouga deset
Day 1: Arrival in Errachidia – Briefing & Warm-up Ride
Arrive in Errachidia, meet your guide, and get fitted with your motorcycle. After a safety briefing, take a short warm-up ride through the Ziz Valley to test your bike and get comfortable. Overnight in a local guesthouse.
Day 2: Errachidia → Erfoud → Merzouga (180 km)
Ride south through the beautiful palm groves of the Ziz Valley, stopping at traditional ksour (mud villages) along the way. Visit Erfoud, known for its fossils, then continue to the desert gateway of Merzouga. Watch the sunset over the Erg Chebbi dunes. Overnight in a desert riad.
Day 3: Merzouga – Off-Road Desert Circuit (80 km)
A full day of adventure around the dunes! Ride off-road through black desert, visit Khamlia village (known for Gnawa music), explore mines and nomadic camps, and loop around the dunes. Optional camel ride at sunset. Overnight in a luxury desert camp.
Day 4: Merzouga → Rissani → Todra Gorge (210 km)
Head out toward Rissani, the former capital of the Tafilalt region, then ride north to the spectacular Todra Gorge. Take time to explore the towering canyon walls on foot or bike. Overnight in a kasbah hotel near the gorge.
Day 5: Todra Gorge → Errachidia (170 km)
Ride back to Errachidia through scenic mountain roads and the Tafilalt oases. Return your bikes and say farewell to the Sahara. Transfer to airport or hotel. End of tour.
